数控机床

位移传感器在数控机床上主要是用来检测数控机床床移动的直线位移量或者角度位移量。

不同种类数控机床对传感器的要求也不尽相同，一般来说，大型机床要求速度响应高，中型和高精度数控机床以要求精度为主。

推荐使用NADO拿度SSI输出位移传感器，抗干扰性强和可靠性高，精度高和响应速度快；并且使用维护方便，适合机床运行环境且成本低。

造纸机械

硫化机

       液压硫化机因为位移传感器测量反馈，精度高，控制效果好，自动化程度高，在汽车轮胎行业已基本替代传统的机械式硫化机。

      液压式硫化机装胎机构和中心机构上环的高度可通过油缸内置磁致伸缩传感器高精度测量控制，对于硫化不同规格轮胎很有意义；磁致伸缩位移传感器方便与控制系统连接使用，可通过位移传感器单独对每个模腔进行合模距离控制，独立工作。

注塑机械

应用：为注塑机的注射、锁模和顶出行程控制提供位置反馈。
